What is The Cost of Your Hats?

Our Hats range between $150TT ($24US) and $200TT ($32US). We have a wide variety of styles, fabrics and prints. All can be easily purchased by clicking here!

Do You Deliver?

Yes we do! We usually have what is known as TTPOST Tuesdays. This means we send out orders via TTPOST or personal delivery on Tuesdays. Since all our products are handmade, we usually ask that you give us at least SEVEN DAYS to produce. Your order will go out on the Tuesday following that seven-day period. Also TTPOST is very reliable in their delivery times and usually will deliver your order between 24-48 hours after posting.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, our products are shipped worldwide. For International orders we use DHL. The same premise as local shipping applies - wherein we acknowledge that our products are handmade - therefore, we ask that international clients give us up to 14 days before we ship. When international orders are shipped, you are furnished with a tracking number that allows you to track your package.

 

Local orders are unable to be tracked by TTPOST at this time.

Are Your Products Available Online Only?

No! We have several collections with various stockists. You can find our pieces at Closet Red Plus Sized Boutique, Tili's Doll House, Lakou Wi and of course our flagship store Our Space - Park & Frederick.

 

Closet Red has branches located in Marabella and Fourth Street in Mt. Lambert. Tili's Doll House is located on Ariapita Avenue in Port of Spain. Lakou Wi is located on Warner Street in Port of Spain.

Please note that not EVERY style on our online store will be available, but there is a great selection at all locations. With the largest selection and variety being located in our own space - Our Space - Park & Frederick, which is located in Excellent Uptown Mall on the corner of Park & Frederick Streets in Port of Spain.

Are Your Hats One Size Fit All?

No! It is one-size-fits-most. We usually recommend that persons order a MEDIUM. However, if you have locs or braids - then a Large will work. Small are for children 3-12 years old; or for adults with small crowns.

 

If you have no hair and want a tight fit - please explore our selection of smaller-fit hats. Most are made of stretch fabric and will normally give you a better fit.

Are Your Hats Unisex? Do You Offer Hats For Men?

We have had many men purchase almost every style of hat that we have to offer. However, in their creation we were focused on women. Our AfroBeanies, however, are definitely unisex.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and local residents can also pay via online transfer to FCB or JMMB Bank. All instructions are clearly stated at checkout.

What Is Your Return Policy?

In brief - you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You can return the product and exchange the product for another. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. But please take a look at  Returns & Exchanges which lists our policies in greater detail.
